Starting with Charlie Westley, our brilliant Account Executive who recently marked his one-year milestone with us!!

Tell us about the last year with TextMine?

‍

"Amazing! Since joining TextMine I've learned so much about myself, SaaS, AI and of course what it’s like to work with a great team.

‍

Our founders have created a brilliant environment to work, collaborate, learn, and prosper. Starting in our Hoxton office and witnessing TextMine grow into the business it is now, still leaves me pinching myself. Moving into our Liverpool Street office and seeing the product constantly grow and improve."

What does a typical day at TextMine look like for you?

‍

"Tea, strategy, discussions with the team regarding our goals for the day, achieving those goals and hearing a fact from Euan. A Katsu rice box and the odd biscuit may also be involved."

What do you like most about working at TextMine?

‍

"Working in a great team has always been at the forefront of success, and we have that here at TextMine.

‍

Being able to speak with people of varying levels and having a sense of togetherness is game-changing. Feeling confident in your team and yourself will always show."

Who inspires you?

‍

My brother. He helped me get into the SaaS industry and has always guided me in the right direction. Overcoming lots of challenges himself, he has always been a great example to go by, both professionally and personally.”

What's one piece of software that you find essential in your role, and you use on a daily basis?

‍

HubSpot, It's the first thing I look at when I log in and the last thing I close when I log off. It plays the most pivotal part in allowing me to do my job the best I can.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

‍

Rugby, going on new adventures with my girlfriend, spending time with my friends and family, watching my favourite series, indulging in great food and Guinness!
